Basic package to £60K - OTE 90K
About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality guarding and security services in London, known for their excellent operational delivery and trusted reputation. We are currently seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by converting immediate opportunities and identifying, developing, and securing new business within zones 1-5 of London.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Lead Generation: Identifying and converting new business opportunities, including both self-generated leads and incoming inquiries.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of opportunities, including multi-year contracts up to £500K.
• Client Engagement: Forging strong, long-term relationships with clients, both face-to-face and through online and telephone communications.
• Market Insight: Keeping up to date with competitor positions and market trends to leverage for business growth.
• Networking & Negotiation: Actively networking within the service sector and leading/supporting sales negotiations for new and existing clients.
• Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding financial sales targets across new and existing client accounts.

What They Are Looking For?
We are seeking a persuasive and credible sales professional with a strong B2B background. Experience in the service sector is essential, though previous security industry experience is not required.
Key attributes we’re looking for:
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing large, multi-year contracts (up to £500K).
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand margins, profitability, and costing opportunities.
• Autonomy & Drive: Confidence in managing your workload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute business development strategies.
