📍 M1 / M25 / M4 Corridor
💰 £45,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
🚀 Join a laeding security services provider managing prestigious corporate contracts across the South East.
We’re looking for an experienced Security Contracts Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across the M1, M25, and M4 corridors. Reporting into the Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of operational performance, client relationships, team leadership, and full P&L accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing multiple corporate security contracts
Leading and developing site teams and supervisors
Building strong client relationships and driving account growth
Ensuring service excellence, compliance, and KPI delivery
Taking ownership of budgets, costs, and contract profitability
Conducting site visits, audits, and operational reviews
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven manned guarding/security management experience
✔ Multi-site contract management background
✔ Strong client-facing and commercial skills
✔ P&L management experience
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔ SIA licence required
