Due to exponential growth and investment, they are now recruiting for a Bid Manager to help drive the development and growth of a bid team and therefore the business.

What are they asking for?
You should have proven capability in bid management, winning, multi-million pound product or complex services opportunities, ideally with a background in security system solutions and services. It is necessary for you to have direct experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery, and have experience of opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution design. You will have experience of managing a team.
Responsibilities will include;
Operating as a key contributor to business growth by supporting key bids and opportunities identified by the sales team, the Bid Manager will work with the sales lead to assemble a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process and ensuring win themes flow through all bid documentation. The Bid Manager is responsible for managing the bid process from qualification through to contract award, including:
- Value proposition / strategy development, Solution Development, Partner Identification
- Risk Management
- Introduction, implementation and continual assessment of all necessary bid procedures
- Managing multiple stakeholders across all aspects of the business
