Our client is a leading provider of Integrated Facilities Services in the UK and have created two exciting new opportunity within their dynamic sales team for accomplished individuals to contribute to a significant impact in developing new business opportunities within their target markets due to continued expansion.

If you have a proven career background in new business development at a senior level and a passion for understanding, proposing, and delivering client led solutions this opportunity should appeal to you. We are seeking solutions led sales professionals for these positions who have a flair for creative thinking, are dynamic in their approach and who take full responsibility for ownership of the sales cycle. In addition to this you will ideally have experience of working within Integrated Faculties Services, Cleaning, Security, Waste Management , Security or related industry sectors. Other key criteria for this role are tenacity, patience, teamwork, and honesty.   

Responsibilities

  • Implementing an effective and measurable sales strategy with direct responsibility for new business growth
  • Delivering your individual sales targets and contributing to the overall team performance  
  • Establish highly   effective internal relationships that will contribute to company performance and growth
  • To maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning
  • Lead on significant tender submissions and responses, RFIs and PQQ’s
  • To work proactively within the team and display a positive and pragmatic approach to all business challenges and opportunities
