Our client is the UK's leading provider of Property Guardians: a creative solution to securing vacant properties. Due to exceptional growth and investment they are looking for a B2B Sales professional to take advantage of the growing market in the South West. Their clients are typically large property portfolio managers such as NHS Trusts, Large Estate Managers, Local Authorities + wealthy individuals.
Your primary role would be to work with existing clients and develop new accounts. You will investigate new opportunities and develop by canvassing, advertising, networking or other means of generating interest to increase the number of units being managed by the Company.
What are they offering?
Basic salary to £40K + a car or car allowance
Uncapped bonus scheme, (realistic £60k OTE Year 1) healthcare, pension etc, career prospects (role has been created due to promotion: you will be able to draw upon local knowledge and experience)
You would be joining a close knit supportive team and will be given the time and tools and help to build a pipeline of opportunities and earn unlimited bonus.
What are they asking for?
You will be expected to plan persuasive sales approaches and pitches to convince potential clients.
You will need a B2B sales background : successful candidates have come from a variety of sales backgrounds in the following industries: Serviced Offices, Pay Day Loans, CIT security, Recruitment, Health + Safety/Compliance, Transport/Logistics, Publishing, Manned Guarding Security, Property Management, Software, Property Services, Ordinance Survey + Training Software sales. Facilities Management, Commercial Agents and Capita Equipment
you will need to have the ability to build relationships from scratch and develop them to close business
This is a consultative solution sell based on trust and developing relationships but you must be able to close an opportunity and work to targets with a sense of urgency. The ability to investigate a lead and arrange decision maker meetings is paramount
You will live within an hours drive of Bristol.
Responsibilities will include;
The key function of your role will be to develop a continuous pipeline of new business.
You will also be expected to market, promote and sell new products and services that may be launched whilst exploring new markets such as residential home owners, property developers, insolvency firms and Government departments, Housing Associations, Local Boroughs, Church Groups, health care providers, that may be vacating properties. You will spend most of your time (70%) meeting clients: presenting tenders, meeting legal teams and site qualification
