The Vacancy:
Palmer McCarthy have partnered exclusively with an industry-leading Property Management business (Property Guardians) in their search for a new Credit Control Administrator. This is new investment role due to growth so an exciting time to join the business.
The focus of this role is to ensure prompt payments from tenants living in the company's properties and therefore a confident professional phone manner is required as is the ability to work with people at all levels

What are they asking for?
You will be a strong communicator with experience working in a credit control/finance environment. Confident in your numerical skills you will have close attention to detail and able to deal with potential issues with a friendly professional manner. A working knowledge of Excel is required
Any experience working in a similar role would be advantageous especially for a property company.
We are looking for someone who has strong telephone skills and can handle numerous calls a day.
Relevant backgrounds could be Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Accounts Administration
Responsibilities will include;
- Invoicing Tenants and providing statements
- Credit Control- chasing of payment on telephone
- End of month reporting
