The Vacancy

Our client is the UKs leading provider of vacant property services and due to the phenomenal success of their Property Guardian Division are looking for a CRM Manager (Client Relationship Management System) to manage the use and development of their new CRM system and to also help recruit and develop pipelines of property guardians.

This is an interesting and varied role for a growing division of a growing business:

The main part of the role will be managing the use of Pex: their new CRM system including making sure all properties are advertised with appropriate photos and descriptions and making sure the system is up to date giving guardians the best customer experience in terms of looking for properties

You will also need to liaise with all branches (London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol) to make sure all staff are trained up adequately to use the system and all branches are up to date and to resolve any issues. You will be the “Pex Guru” and If there are any issues you can’t resolve internally you will liaise with the CRM provider (+ also attend account review meetings with them as well)

As the internal expert you will be able to run reports and help the team use the system to minimise process time. You will be the go to person re the CRM.

The 2nd part of this role is Guardian Recruiter. Property Guardianship is an innovative creative solution to securing vacant properties. This part of the role would be aid the Guardian Recruitment Team to manage the provision of Guardians (Tenants) to vacant properties across London.  Similar to a tenant manager you will be responsible for ensuring a pipeline of interested people in properties that may come into your portfolio.

This will involve pre screening, conducting initial interviews a and property viewings, updating current guardians on new properties, preparing adverts and signing units over to guardians
