The Vacancy

A leading national property management company are looking for an experienced Content + Digital Marketer to Head up a team of 2 and take responsibility for creating the marketing strategy to help achieve the business goal of customer acquisition.

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning and then overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns

As this role forms an integral part of an aspirational business you will be hungry, driven and commercial. As Marketing Manager, you will have ownership of your very own marketing campaigns, with the chance to build on the growth they have had recently. This role offers the opportunity for significant input into the strategy, campaigns and they are keen to find someone who has innovative ideas and is keen to make a mark on the business!

They are looking for a bright and energetic individual to develop and implement creative, commercial digital and content campaigns to assist in driving awareness, enquiries and sales.  Your solid experience in marketing will ensure you can effectively and successfully roll out campaigns and strategy. Your adaptable, confident and innovative nature will allow you to have creative input across the whole marketing process.

  • Experience in a commercially focused (or property related) marketing role

  • Experience running B2B lead campaigns

  • A driven and keen attitude


  • Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

  • Overseeing current offerings and introducing initiatives for new products or services

  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

  • Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams

  • Overseeing creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements etc

  • Communicates with media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services

  • Adjusting campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

  • Create and own the delivery of the digital and content marketing strategy

  • Commission highly engaging digital content to use across each phase of the marketing funnel

  • Creating highly tailored, marketing messaging and collateral for different audience segments to ensure maximum engagement.
