We are pleased to be partnering with our commercial and specialised services client with their search for a HR Administrator due to exponential growth and a promotion. Our client operates in a fast paced and busy environment and are seeking a confident and fast thinking HR Administrator who understands the importance of accuracy in HR world.

What are they looking for?
You will have a demonstrable interest in/passion for Human Resources: i.e already working in a HR environment or working towards CIPD or a very relevant degree content.
Confident in your communication and writing skills you will also be able to demonstrate experience of prioritising work to meet tight and overlapping deadlines
Flexibility (can do) is also key as you will be required to take responsibility for various HR related projects at sometimes short notice: “no two days will be the same”
Typical duties?
You will be supporting a small and friendly HR team with a wide range of HR duties including assistance with office based new starters, TUPE transfers, family rights procedures and other HR processes.
You will support the team in providing a professional HR & Employee Relations service to the business to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance. You will be actively involved in exciting HR issues such as ER and TUPE which will enable you to advance your existing skills and provide great development for your future HR career.
Assist with permanent staff recruitment
Support with providing best practice advice to all line managers on Employee Relations issues, including Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management, Performance Management, Redundancies and Changes to T&Cs
Your role will quickly develop to include: review and/or draft ER letters, assist managers prepare for ER meetings and ensure correct procedure and record taking
