Geographic Scope: Offices in the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).  (travel minimal)
Location: UK based.      (Europe considered)          

The Vacancy
This international provider of physical security systems is seeking a Project Manager / Security Systems manager to manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance of the Physical Security Infrastructure of a multinational client through approved service partners. Your main priority will be to ensure the continuity of security technology service and functionality and ‘End of Life’ assessments and project managing remedial works. This will be achieved by managing the selection of service partner(s) , service delivery, and overall relationship of the vendor(s) on behalf of the end client. 

What are they asking for?
You will be a confident programme/project manager (any industry considered).  Alternatively you come from a security systems background and have managed installations, integrations and managed maintenance and service contracts.  Lenel experience would be an advantage

A strong communicator you will be able to build multi-level relationships and networks across different cultures (EMEA). You will be a self starter/manager excited by the challenge of creating this programme from scratch.  You will not be afraid of “owning” this program or the big decisions but realise the importance of ensuring small details are correct. (starting with an inventory of assets!!!)

Your business acumen & commercial awareness will ensure you establish trust and rapport with the clients many stakeholders whilst your operational excellence and strategic thinking, planning and forecasting, innovation and drive will ensure the ongoing success of this role.

Customer Management and focus is at the core of this opportunity but the ability to identify  business development / growth opportunities will also aid in the development of the account.

Security Systems experience is not a pre requisite but experience of managing technical implementations and preventative maintenance will be an advantage.  It is expected that you will be based in the UK with the flexibility to travel internationally- however this will not be extensive. (applications form those located in Europe will be considered)
