Job Description

An exciting new opportunity to work for a world leading security services provider as part of their sales operations team is available due to continued expansion. This WFH role is integral to the continued success of new business wins by providing commercial analysis to the senior management team when managing bid and pricing cost analysis. Working as part of the wider Sales and Marketing team the ideal candidate will have a high degree of commercial acumen, be highly numerate, analytical and a strong team  player. What they are asking for

  • You will work as part of the Sales & Marketing team developing the pricing response of tender opportunities to support driving our growth and retention ambitions.
  • Core responsibilities will be to work closely with the relevant Sales, Bid and Operations teams to complete a pricing model using client/internal supplied data and through the solution design process, enabling completion of the Customer commercial return in line with procurement deadlines.
  • This role will also support the management of raising new pricing models to support self-delivered Regional Sales team pricing, the application of governance to margin and costing updates and the ongoing improvement of the core pricing model in line with legislative changes and optimising user experience, efficiency and process.
  • This position sits with the sales operations team as part of the wider Sales and Marketing department and reports into the Senior Commercial Manager.
  • No industry experience required.

  • WFH hybrid option with one day in a satellite office, of which there are many locations across the UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue commercial models
  • Review of tender information to ascertain financial data required and identify initial opportunities and risks
  • Data collection from tender documents and interpretation of the data into the company’s pricing model
  • Review of TUPE data and work closely with Sales, HR and operations to support alignment on commercial direction and outcomes
  • Work closely with bid team and sales lead to ensure pricing proposal aligns to written proposal proposition
  • Support Sales lead to articulate commercial offer to senior stakeholders as part of the internal approval process
