Job Description

Our Client, a London based Fire and Security Systems Company are looking for a responsible, experienced office based Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator to join their team to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the management team and engineers, assisting in daily office needs and managing any other general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and scheduling of mobile engineers works

  • Processing mobile engineers works sheets daily / weekly

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • You will also be required to deal with invoicing, quotes and other enquires.

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Word etc.)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • You will be a person who has worked in a “service” department in the past or presently and be aware of the daily duties / requirements of mobile engineers.

  • You need to be customer focused and enjoy helping clients and colleagues alike.

  • Must live within 45 minutes of Harrow.

Hours of work & Salary are as follows:

Monday – Friday 8-5pm

Salary £23k - £25k depending on experience.

20 Days annual leave plus all Bank Holidays
