Our client has been operating in the UK and Ireland Fire Safety industry for 75 years and has become an established industry leader highly regarded for their levels of customer satisfaction, service and innovation. Due to continued growth, they have an excellent opportunity for a Service Manager to join the team with operational responsibility for clients in the London and South East. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record on delivering excellent levels of service excellence through effectively managing teams and managing client relationships.

A knowledge of the Fire & Security industry would be an advantage but not essential.

An experienced Service Manager with a proven background in achieving and improving service levels, effectively managing and leading teams, developing strong client relationships and achieving SLA’s. This exciting role will offer a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business.

The Service Manager will be required to travel to client sites, attend regular meetings in the London & South-East area and work closely with colleagues within the organisation on continuous service improvement. Experience of remote management of staff is desirable and the ability to motivate team members and colleagues is essential.
