This property manager is looking for a Tenancy Property Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Property Management Department. The portfolio includes very exclusive properties in London and is set to grow.
What are they asking for?
You will need tenancy / letting management experience to succeed in this role. You will be able to point to examples of managing a portfolio of properties and all the plate spinning required inc. check-in queries, tenant enquiries, deposit returns, liaising with contractors, tenancy agreements, liaising with neighbours re leaks, issues etc. and you will know the list goes on.
Therefore, you will be calm under pressure, reactive, able to liaise with people at all levels and confident in helping develop the tenancy side of the business. Your experience will help identify better ways of working and sharing best practice amongst teams. Any property management qualifications would be beneficial as would exposure to property management software.

Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative assistance to the Property Account Manager
Manage maintenance issues throughout the portfolio and liaise with contractors
Organising check-in and check-out appointments.
Assist with renewal negotiations: Oversee all paperwork and renewal of deposit certificates.
Handling rent arrears for the portfolio ensuring they are kept to a minimum.
Uploading applicant details and booking viewings
Managing and maintaining property details and producing marketing materials.
Co-ordinate tours, canvassing and mail outs.
Pre-tenancy admin including organising referencing, drafting contracts, etc.
Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients.
Conduct site visits.
