Account Development Manager- Security Solutions

Working closely with the operations, KAM,NAM and sales teams this exciting newly created opportunity has been designed to add and create more value to existing and new customers supporting a collaborative and  consultative sales process.

Ideally based in the Midlands area the Account Development Manager will hold a client facing role and be a technically minded security professional, confident and competent and with the ability offer detailed security solutions in a customer centric and with a value driven approach.

Key Responsibilities – Account Development Manager 

  • Identifying and acting on additional opportunities with existing and new clients

  • Creating client led security solutions with value and innovation to meet needs

  • Training and development of work colleagues in solution sales activities

  • Conducting vulnerability assessments with existing and new clients 

  • Attending client meetings and consulting on solutions led security options.

  • Creating and owning client centric security solutions and proposals  

The ideal candidate will have a strong background of security solutions, be able to advise, consult and make fully costed security proposals and solutions. The role will also require a positive, team focused mind set and the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
