A unique opportunity has become available to join a leading security services organization in a newly created Bid Manager role due to continued business expansion.
This new and exciting role will involve supporting the UK SMT in all bidding activity and will allow the successful applicant to use their skills, experience, and knowledge in a positive and open working environment.
This is a hybrid working opportunity and will require working 1 day weekly in the central London HQ.

Security industry experience is not a pre-requisite for this role.
Key responsibilities will include.
Management and production of tender submissions for PQQs, RFIs and RFPs.
Owning the proposal development, working closely with members of the SMT who own the opportunity.
Ensuring all proposals produced are correctly initiated with the production of a bid plan in partnership with the opportunity solutions lead.
Writing exciting and compelling bid content.
Monitoring and reporting on bid production performance against bid plan milestones.
Analysing tender documentation to uncover key client drivers and objectives.
· Create content, templates to support the win strategy.
· To work in a positive and open manner with colleagues and all key stakeholders
