A number of new opportunities are available for Bid Managers to join a multi-national company who design, develop and manufacture systems and equipment for the aerospace, defence and security industries.
Working within a successful Bid Team who are focused on success and wellbeing at work this rewarding and fast paced role offers a work from home opportunity with flexible working patterns when required with a great salary and benefits package too!
Occasional requirement to attend meetings in Crawley, West Sussex.

Daily responsibilities will include but are no limited too
Full project management of all bid responsibilities
Ensuring clarity, transparency and structure for all activities
Providing full direction on all bid management activities
Supporting the sales team in negotiations and presentations
Maintaining full financial and budgetary controls
Providing a positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Managing and maintaining internal and external relationships
Regular analysis and reporting to the SMT on bid processes
Applicants will need to have a proven background in successful bid management, ideally a recognised professional qualification and educated to degree level.
