We are partnering with our client who are a leading supplier of security guarding services in London who are keen to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their management team. This newly created role is pivotal to our client’s continued success and expansion of their business on their key accounts.
We are inviting applications from London centric security operations managers who are adept at managing , developing and nurturing client relationships across multiple London locations. Motivating , managing and developing the team is crucial to the success of this new role as is the pursuit of continuous improvement programmes.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Client relationships and development of strategies across key London locations.
Team development, leadership and management to ensure optimum performance on accounts.
Analysis of key metrics and reporting to the SMT on results and output.
Partnering with key clients and developing long term mutually beneficial l relationships.
Providing a consultative approach to all clients and team members offering positive solutions.
