Due to expansion we have a rare opportunity to recruit an HR Advisor for our client who are a leading industry prover of security services across London and the UK. If you are seeking the next move in your HR/ER career this could provide you with a very satisfying and rewarding job which allows for a mixture of home, office and site working as part of a busy HR/ER team. A qualification in HR/ER is not required however the company will happily fund a professional qualification for the successful new role holder. Security industry experience is not required for this role.
Main Responsibilities will include.
Providing HR/ER support to managers in the field either F2F or via video calls to ensure all policies are adhered to.
To provide positive and imaginative solutions to HR/ER issue, always seeking a positive outcome.
Attending site and client premises to promote a positive working culture in support of line managers.
Contributing to company HR/ER guidelines and procedures in pursuit of continuous improvement.
Always investigating and resolving all assigned HR/ER issues in a positive and open manner.
Working collaboratively and positively with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
Managing your own workload and diary when either WFH, office or field based.
