This newly developed Regional Sales Manager role covers the South of the UK, with a market estimated at £10–£15 million in potential new business. What You Will Be Doing
Generating new business opportunities across multiple security services, including Electronic Security Technology, Mobile Patrol, Keyholding, Response, and Vacant Property checks.
Producing proposals, pitching to C-Suite stakeholders, and closing new contracts.
Driving growth in existing client accounts through relationship management and upselling.
Networking, attending industry events, and positioning yourself as a market expert.
Monitoring pipeline, performance, and opportunities via CRM to consistently hit targets.
What We Are Looking For
Proven sales and business development experience within the security industry.
Track record of achieving targets and closing new business.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Independent, proactive, and commercially driven with a ‘Hunter’ mentality.
Full UK driving licence.
