Are you a driven sales professional with proven success in the security industry? This newly developed Regional Sales Manager role covers the South of the UK, with a market estimated at £10–£15 million in potential new business. This is your chance to lead growth in a business that combines strong strategic direction, investment in expansion, and a national reputation for excellence across multiple security divisions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Generating new business opportunities across multiple security services, including Electronic Security Technology, Mobile Patrol, Keyholding, Response, and Vacant Property checks.

  • Producing proposals, pitching to C-Suite stakeholders, and closing new contracts.

  • Driving growth in existing client accounts through relationship management and upselling.

  • Networking, attending industry events, and positioning yourself as a market expert.

  • Monitoring pipeline, performance, and opportunities via CRM to consistently hit targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven sales and business development experience within the security industry.

  • Track record of achieving targets and closing new business.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Independent, proactive, and commercially driven with a ‘Hunter’ mentality.

  • Full UK driving licence.
