​A new opportunity has been created due to expansion for aTele Sales Exec to join our client’s team working on a hybrid basis, 3 days in central London and 2 days a week from home.

We are keen to hear from energetic and enthusiastic sales professionals who are keen to carve a career for themselves in the fast-paced security industry, industry experience is not required.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be part of a pro-active, passionate, fun and fast paced sales team who are focused on success and making a positive contribution to the business.

Key Objectives

  • To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying commercial ‘security solutions’ for business wins

  • To work with the senior sales function to identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts.

  • To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals

Key Responsibilities

To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying commercial ‘security solutions’ for business wins

  • Through continual opportunity mapping and follow up, constantly seeks and identifies new and commercial business opportunities.

  • Meets and monitors their own monthly new business activities.

  • Delivers against the overall Client Development Strategy.

  • Initiates new and innovative client development vehicles.

  • Works closely with marketing to identify new client engagement strategies based upon client and market demands.

  • Identifies and attends relevant industry events + networking opportunities.

  • Keeps abreast of industry updates and is 'known' as a Market Expert in their field.

  • Is a member of relevant industry Associations / networking groups.

  • Identifies, follows up + converts client opportunities into appointments.

  • Market evangelist - actively blogs and creates industry engaging content regularly.

  • Creates engagement via social media following agreed strategy.

  • Runs a client group on Linkedin.

  • Proactive in all areas of social media to create awareness and new business opportunities.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Relevant sales/tele-sales experience.

  • Target driven achiever with track record of winning new business or developing client. relationships and developing existing.

  • Ability to liaise at all levels: confident in identifying, developing, emphasizing client pain points.

  • Credible- with ability to control a sales conversation and process.

  • Development of new relationships from scratch

  • Ability to overcome objection through creative and imaginative thought.
