A rare and unique opportunity is available with our client, who are a a national supplier of facilities management, events and security services to major companies across the UK for a Senior Operations Manager to be responsible for all operational activities in the Midlands and North of England.
With responsibility for £55m annual turnover across a variety of industry sectors this opportunity would suit those with experience of managing and leading a team that operates over multiple locations.

Ensuring that leadership is seen as approachable, pragmatic and humble and you are respected at every level.
Ideally you will come from a strong security, events or FM background, be financially astute, with a strong understanding of P&L’s and contract pricing and have a natural ability to engage customers at multiple levels.
In addition, your management style will be to build and coach teams, always being available to support your management team and adopt an inclusive management style.
The role holder will line manage 4 x Head of Operations, and will have dotted line responsibility for HSQE, Training and Recruitment Managers.
