Location: Central London
Salary: £42,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses
Contract Value Managed: £4M (predominantly high-end commercial contracts)

Are you an experienced Security Contracts Manager ready to take ownership of a prestigious £4 million portfolio in Central London?
We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused professional to join a respected and growing security services provider. You’ll manage high-profile, high-end commercial contracts in the heart of the capital—ensuring exceptional service delivery, team performance, and strong client relationships.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the operational performance of a diverse £4M contract portfolio

• Lead and support a team of high-calibre security officers

• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded

• Conduct site visits, audits, and staff performance reviews

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to maintain staffing levels

• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and drive improvements in service delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multi-site security contracts, ideally in Central London

• Exceptional people management and leadership skills

• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling £multi-million portfolios

• Confident communicator able to build trusted relationships at all levels

• Full UK driving licence – travel across London required (expenses covered)

• SIA licence (Frontline or Non-Frontline) desirable
