An international FM provider are seeking a Business Development Director for Critical Environment Cleaning and Integrated Facilities Solutions. The role covers the territories of London & South, Midlands and North West and the ability to travel within this patch is essential. This role could suit someone looking to step up into a board level type of role.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for seeking out new business, building a strong sales pipeline, achieving a high level of conversion of leads to opportunities, opportunities to orders and key account relationship management. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal, presentation skills, be highly motivated, enthusiastic and successful at forming effective long-term relationships. They must also have proven track record selling service across different industry markets including such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Legal, Financial Services and Aviation.
What are they asking for?
You will have an enviable track record in Cleaning Sales and therefore expected to have good commercial skills, ability and influence to sell higher margin service, you will also be required to support the estimators and bid writers by attending site surveys, preparing cost estimates and assist with writing the contract specific section of the proposal submission for contracts with annual value £100K - £3mill
We are looking for a business generator and someone who can design and deliver a strategic plan for growth across the specific sectors / service line.
