Our client is a dynamic, industry leading, manufacturer and supplier of Electronic Security and Identification Products. Key product areas include Key Management Solutions, Access Control and Vehicle Identification. Due to continued growth and company expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Professional to proactively convert immediate opportunities and then identify, develop and secure new strategic business within targeted business vertical markets.
LOCATION: Home Based – you will work nationally across the UK
You will be mixing digital meetings with physical travel, you could be based in Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford, London, Cambridge, or lots of other locations.
Their major usp is that they offer an end-to-end service – that is they design, manufacture, install, monitor and maintain. This is a field sales role selling the hire of a high-quality manufactured range of key management and access control systems. The role would suit somebody who has sold security systems or other services/products intensively into a particular vertical such as data centres, fleet management, Leisure, Higher education, Facilities Management, Construction or NHS.
This is a new role (blank canvass) within a growing sales team with a reputable company that has designed a full induction plan and activity-based bonus within the first 12 months to allow you to build a sales pipeline.

What are they asking for?
You will be an experienced new business developer who have a successful track record within security systems or has sold intensively into identified verticals: with an expertise in pipeline development and conversion: new business and established customers.
At interviews you will point to how comfortable with working autonomously and managing your own territory with a track record of success in a similar role. You will also demonstrate strong customer focus and genuine ethical desire to win business.
It goes without saying that you are highly motivated with a bright and energetic personality. You will be considered by your peers as dynamic + upbeat with the capacity to inspire confidence from first contact. Added to this you will have good understanding of technologically advanced products and a desire to learn and expand on existing product knowledge.
