We doubled the size of our business last year and are on course to do that again- but we are now looking to invest for further + future growth.
We are looking for a new Client Attraction + Development Manager to help us take our offering to even more contacts within our existing client base and expand our exposure to new users.
We have a great delivery team to service the opportunities you uncover a and reputation in our market which means that we achieve above market fulfilment numbers and for those clients taking advantage of our Talent Acquisition Project Model close to 100%.
We are well known in our chosen market niche and have a proven leads and sales process that means there is no such thing as a cold call in our business.
Basic could be up to £45K depending on relevant experience and we would expect you to be at £65K OTE within 6 months and £100K within 12 (that all depends on you and the business achieving what we are setting out to do). We have done the maths and this is realistic.
Reduced hours opportunities are also possible for those needing a more flexible approach to work time.
Additionally, if you are interested in a mixture of sales and delivery – we would be keen to talk.

We work a hybrid 4 days in, 1 day home (if wanted) model but if you need to be at a school assembly or a dentist’s appointment or need to get in late once a week because of a fitness class etc - we have a grown up + flexible approach. (but you will need to live within an hours commute of Capability Green close to Luton Airport)
You may have held a senior or business development role within recruitment previously or owned your own recruitment business and achieved exceptional results.
Alternatively, you might have experience in a sales or account management position in a market related to our niche which is Security, Facilities + Property Management

The clients (and ultimately candidates) you serve will have their lives and businesses transformed because of the service we deliver. The work we do helps their ambitions, their careers and ultimately home life and families (yep that is how we look at it)
