The Vacancy

Our client, a top 20 UK Security Provider, is seeking 5 experienced relief officers who hold a minimum of SIA Door Supervisors Licence to work at their clients' premises in South London.

What are they asking for?

To be considered candidates must:

  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence

  • Possess excellent communication skills,

  • Have a flexible approach to work

  • Can demonstrate a full 5-year work history for vetting purposes.

  • Live within 5 miles of Earls Court

In addition, candidates who possess the following will have a distinct advantage when applying:

  • A CCTV (PSS) Licence

What are they offering?

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team in the delivery of high quality pre-qualification and tender proposals.

  • Liaise with others within the business; predominantly department heads to gather information, ensuring responses are received in line with strict deadlines.

  • Researching and producing supporting information such as case studies, CV’s and new working policies for individual tenders.

  • Creation + design of documents, to respond to Requests for Information (RFI’s), PQQ’s and Invitations to Tender (ITT’s), + the preparation of supporting information such as site-specific work documents and presentations, to ensure a continuous look and image is presented to the client.

  • Delivery of Tenders, Pre-qualifications and Presentations, working closely senior management team

  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant

  • Take part in the initial “kick off” meeting to discuss the RFI/RFP

  • To ensure all RFI/RFP’s responses are proof read and sense checked for accuracy.

Shift pattern: Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, but candidates will be guaranteed minimum 20 hours
