Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a brand-new role—someone who can turn data into decisions, insight into action, and collaboration into results.
This is more than just crunching numbers. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, deliver key projects, and make a real impact on the direction of the business.
What You’ll Do
🚀 Strategic Support
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
Conduct internal and external analysis to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.
Develop business cases, reports, and presentations that drive board-level decision-making.
📊 Project Planning & Delivery
Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
Monitor project performance and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders.
📈 Data & Insight
Collect and analyse operational and financial data to inform smarter decisions.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and spot trends.
Present insights in a way that’s clear, engaging, and actionable.
Support pricing models, cost-benefit analysis, and contract performance tracking.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs.
Translate complex data into practical recommendations.
Communicate findings with clarity, empathy, and impact.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in a strategic, analytical, or project-focused role.
Strong project planning and coordination skills.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you have experience in:
Security, facilities management, or service-based industries.
Regulated environments or compliance-driven services.
Commercial strategy or business transformation projects.
