Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a brand-new role—someone who can turn data into decisions, insight into action, and collaboration into results.

This is more than just crunching numbers. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, deliver key projects, and make a real impact on the direction of the business.

What You’ll Do

🚀 Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct internal and external analysis to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.

  • Develop business cases, reports, and presentations that drive board-level decision-making.

📊 Project Planning & Delivery

  • Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments.

  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and on track.

  • Monitor project performance and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders.

📈 Data & Insight

  • Collect and analyse operational and financial data to inform smarter decisions.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and spot trends.

  • Present insights in a way that’s clear, engaging, and actionable.

  • Support pricing models, cost-benefit analysis, and contract performance tracking.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs.

  • Translate complex data into practical recommendations.

  • Communicate findings with clarity, empathy, and impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic, analytical, or project-focused role.

  • Strong project planning and coordination skills.

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Bonus points if you have experience in:

  • Security, facilities management, or service-based industries.

  • Regulated environments or compliance-driven services.

  • Commercial strategy or business transformation projects.
