Business Development Manager – Security, Traffic & Events Services
Selling to iconic venues and stadiums
Location: national remit
Salary & Benefits: Up to £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Performance-Related Bonus (OTE £100K) | 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays | Pension & healthcare

What you’ll be doing
Develop and deliver a business development strategy across security, traffic management, stewarding, and car parking services.
Generate and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across London, the Northwest, and emerging national markets.
Lead tenders, presentations, and solution workshops, ensuring smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as a partner of choice.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are profitable, compliant, and deliverable.
Line manage and support at least one team member.
What we’re looking for
Proven business development or sales experience within a people-oriented outsourced services company, for example, security, facilities management, cleaning, traffic management, events, or related services.
Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of winning and delivering new business.
Experience leading tenders, multi-stakeholder sales, and long sales cycles.
Commercially aware, proactive, resilient, and partnership-led.
Nice to have
Knowledge of stadiums, venues, festivals, or large-scale events.
Understanding of compliance within security or traffic management.
